Hi there and thank you for inquiring about becoming a member of the National Exotic Owners and Pet Owners Assocation. What follows are the current membership levels offered by our organization and the benefits thereof. As our organization is just starting out the benefits are proposed only, and also contributions are not tax deductible as we are not a 501c3 tax-exempt non-profit. NEOPOA is a for-profit business so we can work to influence regulations and promote issues without the legal restrictions placed on non-profit organizations by the federal tax code. We have several membership levels availble, which are as follows:
$10/year - Cub Member: This is a level specifically designed for young preteen and young adult individuals in elementary to middle school to be able to demonstrate social consciousness and be able to do something productive and yet have it be reasonably affordable for even families of lesser financial means. This category is open only to individuals under the age of 16, though will be able to be renewed until age 18. Applicant must be an adult and must include the child's age and gender. A special membership card will be provided for the minor child.
Cub Membership
$25/year - Basic Member: This is the most basic level of membership open to individuals of all ages and was designed to be affordable to even the individual of severely limited means to aid in this cause and outwardly demonstrate their beliefs to others. Also a great gift for others, at quite an affordable rate. A Basic Member card will be provided, as well as a free subscription to the NEOPOA newsletter.
Basic Membership
$100/year - Family Membership: This membership level is designed to be for those who would like to contribute more than just at the Basic level, but yet cannot commit a substantial amount of family or individual resources. This membership level can be broken down into monthly payments of $10 apiece (including a small bookkeeping fee) for your convenience. A Family Member card is provided for each adult member of the family, a Family Junior card for each individual under the age of 16, one or two subscriptions (second subscription must be requested at time of enrollment, both will be mailed to one address only) of the NEOPOA newsletter, as well as a 5% discount at the NEOPOA online store (when the store segment is brought online).

$250/year - Contributing Membership: This is the next level of membership, for those more able and willing to contribute more. This membership level can be broken down into monthly payments of $25 apiece (including a small bookkeeping fee). A Contributing Member card will be provided, one or two subscriptions of the NEOPOA newsletter (second subscription must be requested at time of enrollment, both will be mailed to one address only), one NEOPOA calendar (when published), as well as a 10% discount at the NEOPOA online store (when the store segement is brought online).

$500/year - Executive Circle Membership: This is the highest level of individual membership, but by no means limits the contributions any individual can make in a year. This membership level can be broken down into monthly payments of $50 (including bookkeeping fee). A Executive Circle Member card will be provided, two subscriptions of the NEOPOA newsletter (both will be mailed to one address only), two NEOPOA calendars (when published), as well as a 20% discount at the NEOPOA online store (when the store segment is brought online).

Once you've selected your preferred membership level, please send the following information in an email to us at Admin@neopoa.com, so we can appropriately process your membership and provide you with your benefits. Please include the following information in your email:
Your full name
Street address and mailing address (if different from your street address)
Your telephone number (optional)
The email address of your PayPal account (to match subscription email with payment)
Membership level you chose (if one of the higher membership levels, please state whether you chose the montly or yearly payment plan)
and
If you select the Family membership, please include the name each adult (individuals over the age of 18); name, age, and gender of each individual under the age of 16.
NEOPOA is not responsible for lost, unintelligble, or garbled emails, computer errors, server errors, or any other computer or transmission malfunction or operator error that may result in loss of email. Every attempt will be made to match payments received with emails received. In the event a payment is unable to be appropriately matched with an email after duly appropriate diligence has been taken to commensurate a match, said payment is thence to be considered a donation to NEOPOA and no further rights, privileges, or materials shall be attached thereto. No refunds. All chargebacks, charge disputes, and nonpayments shall be investigated and prosecuted if situations warrant. Information borne of intentional fraudulent subscriptions and/or donations will be turned over to the appropriate authorities and civil damages and associated expenses will be sought in a court of law against the perpetrators. Clicking the subscription buttons above or donation buttons below shall hereby constitute agreement to all terms and conditions listed on this page and thenceforth freely commence a binding agreement among all parties listed herein.

We also have a number of ongoing projects and you can donate monies to those without becoming a member or in addition to selecting an appropriate membership subscription. The donation groups are as follows:
